In fact the entire FCA was designed to work ONLY BECAUSE OF such a system.
SAPS appointed Waymark who conned us out of half a Billion rands and left them with a bunch of crap.
SAPS are still acting UNLAWFULLY 17 years later by not implementing electronic connectivity. Dealers and others have repeatedly and consistently taken the police on and this resulted in the order in North Gauteng last year binding SAPS... which they have ignored."Always remember to pillage before you burn"

WTF and the police are supposed to be the ones who enforce the law. More like a law unto themselves these days.
