Waymark Systems are the particular crooks you are thinking of. They're so slimy they managed to con the NIGERIAN Electoral Commission as well.

The name says a lot. They go away with the money and not a mark left behind.

So can't someone be taken on in their personal capacity for failing to adhere to the court order?

Martin Hood has gotten it right before.
So I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve with your comment.

I'm sure my LGS has an electronic submission system, and can check it's on the CFR system?

That's not how the semi-enabled e-submissions system works.

In order to 'check' you have to resubmit and wait for a while for a refusal email... stating that it is already on your name, or isn't!

Ah... that sounds like what one would expect from SAPS / CFR!

In fact the entire FCA was designed to work ONLY BECAUSE OF such a system.

SAPS appointed Waymark who conned us out of half a Billion rands and left them with a bunch of crap.

SAPS are still acting UNLAWFULLY 17 years later by not implementing electronic connectivity. Dealers and others have repeatedly and consistently taken the police on and this resulted in the order in North Gauteng last year binding SAPS... which they have ignored.

WTF and the police are supposed to be the ones who enforce the law. More like a law unto themselves these days.
