    Default International Auctions

    Hi all,

Probing if anyone has done this before (Rock Island etc.)? Wondering because there are specific classic firearms I have not seen up for auction locally.
Is this possible, if so, what will the normal process be?

    Regards
    KK

From reading the forum and speaking to gun shop owners I have learnt that it is a troublesome process to buy and import an particular firearm. You need to work through a gun shop because it is not possible for an individual to import a firearm ie only a licensed dealer can import firearms.

Next on the list would be to get the paperwork done, and there is the question of payment.

All in all, yes doable, but it will take time and patience.

Question: what are you interested in?

There are quite a few - however the main ones you do not stumble across are the following: Ross Rifle; K31 Rifle Schmidt Ruben; Mas 36; M38 Arisaka and a Finnish Mosin Nagant.

Are you still looking for a K31?

Individuals who compete abroad import firearms every time they return home.
