    Default CORBON .45ACP 165gr +P @ 1250fps

So this and the Corbon 185gr +P was the rounds to carry in your weapons in the 90s. I would carry this as “one”up with normal 230gr or 185gr Silvertips in a 1911...

When I got the Glock 21 in 1994, I carried in a similar fashion. The Corbon is HOT.

Not many left in my box and thought to share with those who have not seen the original Corbon ammunition.

Haha, I've got a couple of 230 gr JHP's which does about 1000fps out of my G21. I think it is Remington's, but they are quite a hand full but they will probably be less snappy than your 165's.

Thanks for sharing. I had some Corbon 38spl. Cant remember the weight. But out of an airweight it was HOT.

    The 38spl is most likely 110gr +P

I just bought some 165gr in 40S&W from Dave Sheer the other day. They are apparently still in business but you don't see their ammo available at many shops in SA.

They make some interesting ammunition like the Glaser round. I read that it is used in aeroplanes by law enforcement like air marshalls where you really don't want you shots to over pentrate.
