Don't forget the 7.7x56R, a pretty much exclusively South African version (thanks to the metrication board of the 1970's) of the cartridge better known as the .303 Brit. To the best of my knowledge in all the 100-and-something years of the existence of the .303 cartridge. South Africa is the only country ever to have manufactured a metric. 303 cartridge.................

Not quite. 7.7x56mmR is the NATO classification for the .303Brit. As far as I am aware, SA is not part of NATO.

Yes, I saw that somewhere in a parent case registry for wildcatting. Quick Load does not list it as such though.

7.62x53R is .309"

There are so many versions of 7,92 MM Mauser that I really don't want to make a list here, but it is longer than two bullet diameters...
