Congratulations to CFR!
Finally, after 177 working days, a batch of four renewals are finally "completed"
App was handed in 27th July 2020.
These actually expired on 2 Jan 2021.
I still need to wait for the new cards.
Guess it will start to snow tomorrow.

Re: Congratulations to CFR!
Don't be so quick, without the printed card you have nothing. My license for a break action single barrel shotgun was activated in their system on the 8th of August (not true because it was handed in in July), approved on the the 26th of February and still not in my possession because the card has yet to be printed or delivered or whatever. So in true terms a simple sport shooting shotgun, really the least problematic firearm, sits today at 202 days (in police language 145 working days) and is not really finalised.
My other license application has disappeared into the abyss at 295 days (212 working days) and has been sitting in the same department for the last 6 months. When questioned what to do: eish.

Re: Congratulations to CFR!
Renewals are usually handled at the provincial DFO's office. Not sure about the printing.
Fortunately your old license remains valid until the new card is issued, so this is not such a big pain in the posterior as a new application taking years.
