    Very good read. Simple yet informative!

    Read it and really enjoyed it. A great gift idea for anyone interested in this countries past.

    I read Reitz's trilogy as three separate books, and have re-read commando several times since. It is internationally recognized as one of the classic war auto-biographies of all times. A very well written and readable account of an extraordinary life.

    Read Commando during matric, and have reread it about twice since. Wonderful book, great trilogy.

    Not the busiest thread i see. For any of his fans, le Carre has a new one out. "A Delicate Truth". Masterful as usual.

    Why do you post about an unrelated Le Carre book (or is there a connection) on a thread about another author?

    Start a new thread. There is no reason to post unrelated info on this thread even if you think it is not "busy".
