I think there is another one of these shippers that operate from a tax free state
A few forums block my SA IP but with Ebay I do not get results from sellers that do not ship to SA. I have to type what I want + Ebay in to Google and follow the link direct to the product if I want to see what is available.

I use Aramex Global Shopper to import books and motorcycle parts from the USA and UK. It is a bit slower than an express courier service (but cheaper), but way faster than SAPO, plus the whole delivery is tracked. It works well for me.
I am wary of using AGS to import firearm related items, as that is on their prohibited items list. Mind I did import a firearm accessory under the Sporting Goods Other tariff code and it went through ok.

Opticsplanet would not ship magazines or speedloaders to SA. They did ship holsters though. Has to do with how their export permit is set up.
