Remington 700 PCR 6.5 Creedmoor
Hi guys
Looking at getting involved in some long range precision shooting and would like to know the thoughts on this rifle?
From the reviews it definitely seems like a good rifle for a beginner to start with, but would like to take some other views?
Thanks

The S&O special? Go for it. I'm not familiar with the PCR, but I've seen numerous Rem 700's in 6.5CM perform really, really well. It's a good gun.

Re: Remington 700 PCR 6.5 Creedmoor
I also have to add that the Rem 700 ADL Tac they have is also a great choice. Then you can save the extra R10k and get your own stock and scope mounts and whatnot for the money, spend some on a trigger job, bedding, etc. and I think it'll be an even nicer gun, but that's just me. I think the ADL Tac is pretty much the same barrel an action (which is what you want really). 24" heavy barrel, threaded, on a Rem 700 action is nothing to scoff at.
