Should you catch an ejected round?
For some reason, I've never actually thought about this.
When I rack a pistol eject a round from the chamber, I just let the round fall out onto a table surface / ground.
I know some people catch the round.
What is the 'correct' method and way? Let it fall, or catch it?
What is good practice?

If you're a Youtuber then you absolutely must catch it.

Re: Should you catch an ejected round?
I have always just put my left hand over the ejection port, racked the slide while angling the gun a little so it doesn't fall down the magwell and it pops into your hand. Something I came up with on my own so not sure if it is good or bad but it stops a round from hitting the floor or ejecting somewhere you don't want it to. Obviously the muzzle is pointed in a safe direction at all times.
