The Mauser appears to be the same as one recently sold at Classicarms. The description as follows
This one sold for22lr Mauser MS420 Target/Sporter Rifle Tangent sights to 25,5" barrel, tapered 5rd. box magazine. Serial no. 105477. Slide
safety. Chequered wrist, two grooves to fore-end, crisp Mauser logo to well-figured
stock. Good bore. Rifle is in excellent overall condition.R 4750.00

Prices average R3500 to R4500 ( the 420B is a different? or newer? model)

I looked as safes a few years ago/ Weird thing was they went for less in Guateng. Probably because they have more floating around.
Best I can remember 5 rifle safes went R2500-R3000 in Gauteng and R3000-R3500 in W-Cape.
