Who would you trust to do your license renewal?

I am stuck.
Will not be able to renew my rifle license personally and hoping you can refer me to a professional service in the Cape Town area that would do it on my behalf?

As far as I know you have to hand the renewal in at your local SAPS personally?

Someone else can do your motivation, but you would still have to go in as your trigger fingerprint is still required.
