Re: Belly band holsters: Opinions?
Ok this will be my last post on this,
As mentioned primary reason for buying the Phlster was for mountain biking.
Did 2 rides this weekend and had no issues with the setup.
Do I think it is overpriced, yes somewhat, but I do understand cost of R&D, scaling, etc.
Do I think it is the best concealment option I have used to date, yes.
So, for me, money well spent.

As a mountain biker myself I am curious as to how quickly you can actually get the gun out... If you have ever pushed someone off a bike you will k ow how easy it is to go down... Made even more fun if you are clipped in... I doubt I will carry mine when cycling... My hands and arms are already busy with the bike...

Re: Belly band holsters: Opinions?
I dont ride clipped in, and the purpose for this setup is concealment that there is no question if I carry or not, which I would hope will give me time to get to my FA in need.
So, this is definitely not the draw while you ride or draw like a ninja setup when I cycle, more a element of surprise scenario if that makes sense.

Re: Belly band holsters: Opinions?
I bought myself a belly band the other day.
. Has anyone fitted a trigger guard or modified holster to one of these? I saw a video where a woman did something similar with her corset holster band thing....was thinking of buying a cheap holster...cutting it to my fit and requirements and using a thick and strong velcro, attach it to the inside of the belly and pouch area... I feel the thin stretchy material will offer no real safety for the trigger area? Any suggestions?

Chat to CHS Guns/CKCS they may be able to assist you! But honestly having used a Belly Band and now progressed onto a Phlster Enigma, the difference is LIGHT AND DAY! People aren't exaggerating when they say it is an absolute game changer, I solely use it for when I go Enduro mountain biking and it is has withstood everything!
