Re: Some DFOs are a pleasure to deal with...
i know I've done this already but want to shout out to the DFO in bothasig, officer kemp, for amazing service. I've been trying to purchase a rifle from somewhere else and have had issues. Officer kemp assisted me two weeks ago and today I got a follow up call from him out of the blue. He has been tracking my case and just wanted to give me an update. Totally out of his own doing even though he didn't have to. He is one of very few people who would do this. THANKS OFFICER KEMP

Is it just my DFO (PTA North) that takes 5 months to capture a application or is the norm?
