I had bushpig for the first time two nights ago and for me it wasn't bad I actually enjoyed yet. I will however admit the method the dish was prepared might have played a role.
The meat for me was a lot more "venison" than pig even the colour when cooked was more "red" then domestic pork and warthog for that matter.

Only b/pig I've eaten has come from cane farms in KZN. While I enjoy it I don't think I could be drunk enough to mistake it for pork which I also like very much.

These two animals can interbreed ? and domestic swine do revert back to B/Pig after very few generations - year or two ?
