We have a rescue bull terrier whose farts can strip paint.

All our dogs are on Lionels Choice and we find it is by far the best “non Vet” food by far.

Do not give a dog any milk or cheese. Dogs are lactose intolerant.

If our Beagle who is not a dog. As Beagles are not Dogs.

Gets even a small piece of cheese. You will no about it. As I dont think even 3M has developed a filter mask yet that can take away the smell.

Dogs eat what you let them to. Like chocolate which is poisonous to dogs. They are opportunists with food which is a remnant from them being wolves and in the nature there was no one giving them treats like chocolate, hence they could practically eat anything safely. This is why it's the owner's task to take care of the suitable diet for his dogs.

Dogs are omnivores, can eat anything, and will eat anything. Springer and AK got me thinking about somethings which make this dog endearing to us.
Among many traits is the fact that she eats food, any food. If you eating grapes she eats grapes, banana, oats, meat what ever - as AK said! To date we have found this nice, funny and harmless, now I wonder.

We went hunting recently and when we got to farm the puppy had stolen the apples we took with, we took it as funny. Never seen a dog do that.

So yes in jest and all I am hearing what you guys are saying.
I will be going to buy one of those R4/500 bags of dog food to try out, but perhaps I also need to look at the harmless grapes and apples etc - My dogs get no sweets - sugar.

Treeman, humans don't even know how to feed themselves, just look at them ffs.

So what to feed a dog is simply put beyond most.

Hunting dogs eat meat left overs after every hunt. From the ball bag to whatever they can scrounge. Generally they are in the bakkie after a cold days hunting heading home or on the back if a pack of hounds. Meat and offal makes for a different more enlightening aroma..
