compensy tests
I have bought myself a 303 recently. I have been told it is better to do all 3 your compensy tests at once, instead of doing them one at a time.
do you think it is better to do it that way or can there be some problems.
I will really appreciate any info in this

Re: compensy tests
It's better to do the training and tests for all weapon types all at once. It makes future applications easier if competency is already in place.
Competency cert reason for long waiting periods in license application process.
It's also cheaper in the long run. Each competency appl costs R70. If all 4 weapon types are done together, it will only cost you R70.

Re: compensy tests
My suggestion is to do all together especially from the point of obtaining your SASETA certificate. If you do all the 'training' in one go, you should be able to negotiate a better package deal and when applying for the competency, do all together. Doing all together should not delay the process and then you are in a better position when you want to apply for another firearm as you then already have the competency. Also why subject yourself to the same process multiple times when it can be done in one shot?
