Hi all. Does anyone have an e-mail adress for the CFR? My competency app is sitting on 169 business days as of today and I think its time to start putting pressure on them in a friendly manner.

hi,I don’t remember it off the back of my head,but phone the cfr number and when the automated person speaks just listen they’ll give it on the call

Hey PeaShooter_86

I had some luck with the below email addresses when my competency wasnt working. Specifically the gpcomplaints... But that email address is dependant on which province you submitted your app.

cfr.enquiries2@saps.gov.za
gpcomplaints@saps.gov.za

Is Competencies done at CFR or provincial like Renewals?

Email the correct one below for the province your in as well. As they usually assist me with following up with exact person at CFR handling your docs.
