    So CFR is very clever here. Moving the bad service of some DFO's now onto applicants responsibility. Knowing full well that DFO has this recommendation part to do on it. Making you get that license very unlikely.
    Sounds like fraud.

    I think the higher ups heard a few or of a few complaints and probably think the app mountains are due too us "applying too much, ne".
    If Natshoot can get it's members to do this and make a stink when they get no joy I think the paper trail or evidence of this POS system will be more apparent. Maybe we'll end up in a better place, maybe not.
