    Default SADF R1 cleaning kit

    Received my R1 SADF military surplus cleaning kit from DS Arms in the USA - cost $14.95. Nice that it is new unissued surplus. Quite sad for a locally produced product that I had to order this from the USA.

    Seems like SAPO has upped it's game a bit as it only took 3 weeks to travel from JIMC to my local post office.

    You lucky. I am still waiting for stuff from the US send in February 2021. (Most probably part of the self enrichment scheme now present in South Africa. Also our local post office closed down.) I will never use SAPO again. Only courier for me. Also been using Aramex global shopper but their last shipment took a month from the US. My last shipment from Amazon took a week delivered. But ordered some bullet casting molds from Amazon that where returned to Amazon from their customs side and a credit passed with the reason illegal for export.
