    Default AR15 advice

    Hi All,

Im busy with my competency for semi automatic rifle and will be purchasing a AR15 when its done

I have no knowledge and understanding of what to look for and whats a good quality AR

Could you guys please advise what AR15 is best to go for with a budget of R25k

I will be using the gun to get into 3 gun and just to have in the house. I wont be putting tons and tons of rounds through the firearm

    Regards
    Omar

I would suggest an M&P variant first of all within your budget, but there are various manufacturers in SA now. More knowledgeable members can also contribute.

Look at S&W M&P Sport or if you are lucky enough to come across a Troy.

Is the budget including accessories, or accessories on top?

    Budget is excluding accessories

I’ll save up for accessories while the license is being approved
