From the perspective of an observer a very long way away the US criminal justice system seems iffy. Full throttle prosecutions of people who appear to be off the lefty script of the moment seem to be common and a completely hands off approach to those on it seem to be the norm. The lack of gun charges against Hunter Biden and the prosecution of Project Veritas for possession of Biden's daughters diary are stand out examples.

Selective prosecutions are pretty much standard fare here too.

They should charge the Prosecution witness with assault. =As it was clear in court he was armed. And lunged toward Kyle with firearm in hand in Kyle direction.

But the Defense clearly showed how he lied in first statement to police not saying he had a firearm. And later in November refusing to answer questions.

He also could recall small things in detail but could not remember holding a firearm.

Pretty sure Defense shot huge wholes in prosecution case.

Given that we are a third world commie paradise that doesn't surprise. That the US indulges in the same is a bit.

Agree. I also found it really interesting to hear the prosecution's witness say that Rittenhouse's shot from the AR "... vapourised his bicep", as though he was a completely innocent bystander in the chaos that was taking place at the time. However (and in reality), this "witness" was an active participant in the riots and arson which was taking place and, worse still, was carrying a Glock 27 and was moving towards Rittenhouse in a threatening manner at between 3-5 feet!!

IMHO, his recent testimony has "vapourised" the prosecution's case against Rittenhouse.

Boy, what a total waste of the US taxpayers' money!!

I believe the witness IQ has also vaporised many years ago. As he is delusional if he believes he did nothing wrong.

Maybe he was relying on (missing) muscle memory...

Have you been on this planet long? Unable to read, do you believe TV or are just easily surprised? The US criminal trial and civil prosecution systems (both State and Federal) have long and very well documented histories of this sort of thing....enough for them to make laws that are supposed to discourage it. So sorry to disillusion you.
