SAPS 517 Form per Firearm or one form for all four?

Hi,

On the SAPS 517 form section D point 4 and section G point 3 theres the option to mark down more than one top of firearm.

I did my proficiencies on all four firearm types (Shotgun, Rifle, SLR and Handgun.)

Do I use one SAPS 517 form for all four on one form per firearm?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You are applying for one competency certificate meaning only one form needs to be completed.

Just remember to draw a fourth box at section D and write in the box self loading rifle.
