S&B ammo shortage?
Anyone know what’s happening with S&B ammo? Been waiting for months now for the Creedmoor ammo to come in, originally due Nov, then Dec, now believe possibly January.

Re: S&B ammo shortage?
Any recommendations on cost effective 6.5 Creedmoor ammo. Not paying R1100 /20 just to shoot scope in

Re: S&B ammo shortage?
Become friends with someone who reloads for the cartridge and is willing to let you use their equipment, then buy the components and powder and let them help you make good ammo. Save money this way and buy your own equipment. At the cost of 10 boxes of R1100.00 ammo you can build up a decent reloading setup including components.

Re: S&B ammo shortage?
Ammo prices have shot up, the best you going to get is around R600/R650 for a box of 20.

Re: S&B ammo shortage?
Come down to the Eastern Cape (PE), we don’t have to worry about increases because the shelves are continuously empty.
The stuff you guys talk about, we haven’t seen since 2020.
It would seem that the importers protect the bigger distributors at the expense of the smaller/independent guys.
