Who's is your internet serviced provider. Are you using your own private network, or a public/work network to sign in. I know some public/work networks block/ban anything that is evil or what they don't like and guns and hunting falls in that category and is on top of their list

To see the FB page content you would need to join as content is hidden, your screenshot seems to be of a restricted (member only) attempt if looking at it on face value. (my presumption)

I tested this myself with a private browser windows and I can see the front page of the Gunsite FB page without logging in to Facebook. Now it looks like the DNS i.e. domain name service directs you to the old banned site for some reason. This is most probably caused by your Internet service provider if you already tried this with so many different platforms with the same error each time. I'd give them a call and let them find a solution to the problem.
