    No, there is not enough energy in the spray to penetrate any volume of metal (like a trigger). Freezing effect will be surface only, and on aluminium not even the surface (heat transfer too quick)

    I found that Q-Bond dissolves in boiling water. Perhaps an option to try.

    I use a soldering iron. Heat it up and put the tip on the glue. Once its hot it cracks and can be removed easily with a tooth pick.

    Stupid question.... But I assume the Qbond was mixed with one of the powders you get in the package?

    I've repaired motorcycle fueltanks with it before.... That shit stays there forever!

    I really hope the advice given here by members remedy your predicament....

    Only failure I've ever had with the stuff when applied to a clean and well prepped surface was on a shelf fitting inside a freezer. It crumbled in days.

    Yes it was, that is what gave it the texture for the grip.

    Thermostat housing on a 2.1 Microbus engine. Didn't last very long.

    Pratley Steel fix is still going strong. Outlasted the rest of the engine, twice.
