    Default Best self defence blade

Looking at options to carry in hospitals whilst I am on call. Needs to be light, well concealed and preferrably a fixed blade.

    Any recommendations?

The lead time was a couple of weeks and they are made to order, so I think it might be semi custom without the price penalty. I had mine made without the tando tip, I prefer a "normal" rounded tip.

Have you taken time to study the different types of knives and blades? Which type would fit your training method and fighting style?

The most concealable fixed blades I know of are regular small kitchen pairing knives, and the minimalist range by CRKT. All of these are small, yet can cut and stab sufficiently. Or maybe a neck knife?

If you are serious about a stronger and larger knife, there are many options available.

I have looked at the ka-bar tdi range and I like the feel but have heard their sheath setup is less than ideal for carrying
