Massive thanks to Craig Klintworth of Mkonto who repaired my 416REM rear sight island and made a new fixblade express sight, all in an unbelievable THREE DAYS. Yes you read correct, 3 days.
He made a new stronger sight while correcting a bodge job from the previous gunsmith- who basically shrugged his shoulders when I told him about my express sight falling out after only 26 shots by me.
The other gunsmith who I contacted, said at best it will take his shop five to six weeks to repair only the express.
I can gladly refer anyone who is looking for good service and quick results to Craig- good to know that there is still tradesman around who take pride in their work and delivers on-time as promised.

I second the recommendation. Craig is a true craftsman and a real gentleman. He cut me a dovetail to fit a new handgun sight and it was ready for collection the next day.
