Please help with approximate value
Good evening! A colleague of mine inherited a Ruger Single Six revolver with the .22magnum / .22LR inter-changeable cylinders. She wants to sell it and asked me if I knew how much she would be able to get for it. Can anyone help? Thanks.

Re: Please help with approximate value
R4500 - R6500, sometimes less.
I have seen one advertised for R2700, but I think it was an old ad.

Re: Please help with approximate value
They are becoming more and more unobtainable IN THIS country, especially with both cylinders still available. I would not sell mine for R6000 if offered, not a chance ever.
That said, I would not by one for more than R5000. Proper little piece of Ruger history that, the gun Bill made to test the market.
It is said that it was on backorder from day of intro till the day that model was withdrawn from production.

Re: Please help with approximate value
A good place to sell such a firearm is on the Classic Arms auctions. Price is dependent on condition, blue or stainless finish, plus whether the additional 22mag cylinder is included. I hav seen prices from about R2500 to R6500 depending on specs.
