Lessons that are yet again re-inforced. Carry the gun, dont keep it somewhere else! had the gun been on his person I think he could have ended it after the other guy got his throat slit and before the shopkeeper got stuck. Also need to mention the other brave dude who at least engaged and distracted the BG.

I would rather have the gun thank you. It was the gun that ended the fight and was able to stop the attack on the guy on the floor even though the shooter was still behind the counter.

The BG reacted dramatically to the shot. Went down like a sack of wet shit. Thats nice to see.

I reckon it may have been a spine shot for him to have dropped like that. The shopkeeper got lucky, that shot was completely unaimed. Again, carry the gun on you and FFS, carry one up!

A fairly good result even if it took too long.

Point is, though, that you just can't defend against crazy!

The mofo walked into the shop and with zero warning and no time for anyone to react, slit the first victim's throat.

By the time his ticket got punched he had sliced and diced three vics.

Jeez WTF! ...goes to show how a motivated attacker can inflict serious damage, fair bit of blood splatter from the brave employee and the shopkeeper took a few in the gut but didn't seem to worry him, suppose the adrenaline helps with that, but whats up with attacking customers, some mad fookers out there.

Agree with the above mentioned. This is a good case for the argument of always carrying and carrying one up. Life is just too unpredictable. This is part of what I like about this site. Just as soon as you become complacent - someone posts an article or a video that reminds you of how quick something really bad can happen.
