I don't think that will last for long. The scarcity and high cost of components is bound to result in higher price than R300 per 50 eventually. Before primers increased from R1 to R3 my 9mmP and 38 Spl reloads were costing me R2 but that's because I cast my own. The increase in primers will double my cost to R4. Two thirds the cost of factory may seem not worth while especially as I have to cast my own to achieve that, but I reckon the factory price will soon increase substantially. In any case cost isn't my only reason for reloading.

I'd barely shoot anything least of all highish volume sport ammo if it wasn't for casting and reloading.
