    This I don't understand... Why buy a gun and don't go through with the application.

    I have a friend that "owns" a gun bought in 2015,sitting at the dealer.

    I know of a CZ TS that has been lying at local gunshop for 6 years... Wanted to buy it a couple of time, the owner loses his temper and says she will apply for it when he is ready... I really don't get it... It is fully paid up for but he doesn't pay stage which is probably why he doesn't care.
