Gunsmith training/apprenticeships

Hi Everyone. I've always had a keen interest in guns and now I am looking to do some training or learn the techniques and maybe become qualified as a gunsmith. I have been looking hard and I cannot seem to find any information or facilities available to do this. It seems like theres isn't any way to learn the trade anymore from the searching I have done.

Does anyone know/have any ideas in how to get this going? I am really keen to get into it.
