    Default Kudu Romance.

A kudu bull getting romantic. The rut is almost over but I guess late (in this case) is better than never.

Thanks TStone. Now I am irritated at being in the office and not being able to be in the field. I can sit for hours halfway up the mountain on the family farm and glass the area below for kudu and just watch them till dark. During the rut the bulls really go bonkers and let their guard drop. I have stalked them up close or just sat in the field and they would pass within 20 m in this state. Have never shot one while they are like this between a group a cows. Just not fair for me.
