    Rape and assault of females is pretty much our national sport. Thinking that SAPS members are somehow immune from the sickness that drives that kind of depraved behaviour is silly. Those that don't give a shit are simply a reflection of the prevailing attitude within a chunk of the population sizeable enough that some estimates put the number of SA woman who get raped in their lifetimes at 25%.

    Yeah, look at the date. Also, the instruction number is blank.

    I think the document is doubtful at best.

    Even before there was anything in the media,the sandf call up instructions for level5 lockdown were leaked and circulating via whatsapp for a few days already. OPSEC clearly isn't a thing(but perhaps deliberately so in the hopes that things calm down before any money is spent on actual deployment)
