Canik TP 9 EC Loaded Chamber indicator Failure
After about 10000 rounds this part broke just behind were it pivots, above the spring...I was told the pistol had a lifetime warranty but I'm not sure if this part is covered...I removed it,as I read it can cause the pistol to malfunction, but I fired another 150 rounds through it in a competition and it was fine, just the indicator stays upright after the first round....would it be safe to use it with it removed or should I use my spare pistol until it can be replaced?

I would suspect that the pistol will be fully functional with the LCI removed.
Do tell us how the warranty claim was handled please?

Only issue with using it without the part is the optic gets dirty after a few shots....

Re: Canik TP 9 EC Loaded Chamber indicator Failure
Nice to hear that they came through on the warranty support. I have no interest in a loaded chamber indicator and this story adds to that.
