I'm not 100% sure if these public participation campaigns or polls really do anything, or if they have any merit in a legal sense, just like DEAR SA, to me in all honesty, if this corrupt government wants to push through a Bill they'll find some way to do it anyways, but I guess 5 mins of my time filling out this online participation form won't be the end of the world, so just thought I'll share it, if it will help in anyway I really don't know.

I doubt if there will be large scale public disobedience because the refusals that result will be at the discretion of party flunkies in the CFR. You can be sure that the taxi industry for example will be absolutely exempt as they are currently with the 'security companies' that they all have to house their arsenals.
