Handgun Training for family of four
Hi
I need suggestions on training in the Johannesburg area. I am from the North West, so I will have to make the trip, and Johannesburg is more convenient than Pretoria is. We are a family of four. My wife, my 21 year old twin son and daughter and myself. We are of varied skill level. My son and I are amateurs, whilst my wife and daughter have not shot before. We have two striker fired pistols for the purpose. All things considered, I require a trainer who will be willing to provide dedicated training to my family. Please suggest.
I will travel to Pretoria if I must, however Johannesburg is easier for me.

Maybe just provide more detail in terms of what type of training you looking for as sport shooting, pistol fundamentals, force on force, stress training are all very different concepts to get trained on.

I would recommend Mark.
Mark Groome <mark@365training.co.za>
He is a good man and has trained more than a few folks. Families, wives kids etc. IncludedRecent studies show that 1 out of every 3 liberals are just as dumb as the other 2

Both Pistols are licensed to me. My son has his competency. Both my daughter and my wife have not shot before and are not proficient.

I think you are doing the right thing getting professional training from the beginning, no chance for bad habits to develop.
I’m sure Camo’s recommendation would be a good one.

Have a look at The Edge Shooting on FB. Leo Prinsloo is based in Pretoria but do travel to various regions for training though. He is also a guy not to be missed.
