In a country where they fight about Voter Identification laws. And believe its unfair for a voter to identify themselves before voting.
And you can vote by posting in a ballot paper.
And Ballot papers that are not all the same. And dont even have security measures on them like a watermark or Barcode to make sure they cant be copied or counted more then once.

How can any election be said to be correct.

Even in South Africa we have far better voting systems in place then the apparent 1st world country.

The polls had her winning by a large margin, there was simply no reason to try and cheat.

That is why they were so shocked then rioted after the votes were counted and Hillary lost. They believe they had stuffed enough ballots in the 5 key states for her to win. They just didn't count on so many independent voters to vote for Trump.

In 2020 they did the same thing but got it right. There were counties in Michighan, Pennsylvania and a couple of other states that had more votes counted than the total population of the county itself. But they didn't find this until months later.

So here we are a lot of states now implemented strict Voter ID laws. In Texas its either your Texas driver license or ID card. No exceptions. We use voting machines that also generate a paper ballot for verifications. It goes into steel lock boxes and put in a secure warehouse until to vote is verified. Even if the vote machines are tampered with the locked away ballots can be recounted.
