    A ribbok hunted in typical terrain here in the Southern Free State and carried out. Note the cuts in the hind legs in the second photo to make it into a "boeksak" for carrying.

    Its a wire hair fox terrier pup and assisting might be too strong a word, let's just say she was present.

    I have had requests from fly fishermen for mountain reedbuck, also fallow deer, tails. Not being a fly fisherman I have no idea what they use it for.

    The deer hair is spinned around a hook to create flies - it actually is pretty cool doing it. I used to make mouse imitations for bass that worked a charm!

    Is it safe to assume that was for extra wide mouth bass?
