Yup. I'm in exactly the same boat as you Khumba. Unfortunately, that boat is drifting aimlessly in the middle of the ocean and we don't have any way of steering it...

We need to alter our mindset.

Is it really good news news when extra trains are laid on for the Gulag?

I hear you guys But, the faster they refuse yojur licence, the sooner you can appeal, right. At least your apps wont be mired "in preparation for consideration" for all eternity, as is currently the case...

In "Prep for Cons" and the file stagnating/bogged down or not being attended to is a very effective way of not granting a licence - if the app is unsuccessfully the applicant will appeal - if it is not being worked on and there is no way of getting it to move there is no licence and no appeal .

I hear what you guys are saying and I do agree with most of the things being said. Trying to disarm us was always a concern from the beginning. I must say there was genuine concern about the internal processes and speeding things up. Let us hope for the best.

There is a challenge coming based on PAJA. The appointed attorney is selecting senior counsel right now. The purpose is to obtain a mandamus to compel the CFR to deal with the entire process within what THEY determined to be a 'reasobnable time frame'.

First prize is to streamline the process by not having a process. The FCA needs to be tanked altogether and replaced with a 1 page Act like most 1st world countries

Emilio most first world countries have far stricter gun control than ours. And the only one page gun control laws I can think of say " you peons can't have guns. The end"
