    If not for the fact that 50+ sailors lost their lives due to this act of stupidity, this incident would be laughable. As it is, I'm not sure whether it qualifies as a tragedy or a farce.
    At least we know our navy are not the only ones who are incompetent; our fellow BRICS members China and Russia (with the Kursk incident two decades ago) have us beat.
