Wix allows you to make quick websites for free, and it takes NO verification. It cements my point - he's been scammed by a professional scammer, unfortunately.

Jip it was a wix site. So I think it was legit for a while since he shipped me a Ferro concepts elastic 556 pouch instead of the ESTTAC kywi shorty I ordered. I shipped it back with the thought he would correct the order. Anyway, lesson learned.
