    I know people who had one as a pet. It was amazing! Till the day it gaffed the daughter’s upper leg. She nearly bled out. The pet became cheese grillers.

    They are very intelligent and easy to train but they never become completely domesticated. When they reach sexual maturity, they become aggressive and territorial and then what aimpoint described, starts happening. It never ends well. This applies to virtually all wild animals kept as pets because they are cute when young.
