Brno .22 Model 2 feed issues

Have you perhaps recently cleaned and dis-assembled the mag?
I once re-assembled my magazine incorrectly by and corrected it by rotating the magazine follower 180 degrees.
Fixed my feeding issues.

I disassembled the mag to check the follower, it is correct compared to my boet's Model 1.

There should be a very slight radius to the lower protrusion on the bolt face, my guess is that this is worn or a burr has formed.
