    Default Suppressor storage

The box my rifle suppressor / silencer came in is getting tired. I was thinking of something more durable that i can store my suppressor in that is hardy and will survive living in my hunting box and trips to the ranger or bouncing around in a vehicle.

    What are you guys using?

For storage I have a couple of these in the safe. https://lodenjockel.com/collections/halterung / https://www.masimo-shop.com/produkt/masimo-s/

For transport I just put in the rifle case with the rifle or alternatively in my backpack with the ammo .

Thank you, but not really what I'm after.

I was thinking more along the lines of a cylinder type deal that is closed on one end with a sealed lid. Like a poster / art type tube, but silencer sized.

I use pencil case holders, I can’t remember where i bought them, but they are made from thick material, cylinder shaped and the top zips open.

Make one with suitably sized PVC pipe and end caps, just glue the bottom one to the pipe.

My labrador ate one of my rugby socks, so my 223 suppressor now sits in the other sock

    Seems to do the job

What about a sock made out of a piece of wetsuit material?

    Thanks for the input everyone.

I like the pencil case idea, thanks.

I thought about PVC pipe, but id like some form of protection inside. A mate of mine uses a old rugby sock, but I'm after something a little more robust. I can do a sock made out of wetsuit material, but my issue it finding someone to make it for me.

I asked the wife to make me a couple of wetsuit socks for most of my semi auto's, now I stack them against each other without an chance of scratching. A normal omkap machine worked on my 3mm thick wetsuit material which I bought from Habby and Lace
