In fairness they do offer the RA but insist on wearing the fish scaling gloves while doing it.

OK, so that was just one example and yes, I know about tactical distributors so it was a bad example. What about these other local options:

You can splash out here and spend R300 https://www.trappers.co.za/products/...kaAjPWEALw_wcB

Here you can get 5 for R352 from Takelaot and make all your buddies happy too: https://www.takealot.com/tactical-bu...zdKD2Ln1VG8RUt

Temu at R95 (OK, it's not local but you can buy 5 of them and throw 1 away every year and you'll still be ahead): https://www.temu.com/kuiper/dn9.html...gaAruMEALw_wcB

Here's one at R79 - again you can buy lots of them and give to your buddies or throw away every year: https://officelondon.truworths.co.za...zErQ5v2VXfH3mq

Woolworths is obviously more expensive and it's not camo so you won't look so cool, maybe you want to skip this one: https://www.woolworths.co.za/prod/_/A-508189312

So why do you want to go to all that expense and effort to get "TruSpec by Atlantco"? You could buy any one of the above, make a sticker that says "TruSpec by Atlantco". All your buddies would be impressed and you'd have saved yourself some money.....

I ask again, please enlighten me what is so special about these hats. Sarcasm not necessary.

Walker Wargame is another local operation to look at. I've bought a bit of stuff of theirs over the years including hats, rifle bags and belts and have been more than happy with the quality/price ratio. Their most expensive flavour of multicam boonie hat is R240. Most are R120

What the actual fuck are you on about?

I may have been wrong, and apologised for it... as I tend to do when I am wrong. But I can't recall "long profuse written apology" and assurances to "never do it again". Enlighten me, please.

I typically also don't get into pissing contests with guys who hide behind screen names. OK, so I went back a couple years in your posts and can't find anything we may have interacted on.

    Your name: Brian Prowse???

Doesn't raise any flags for me either. I'm not aware we have ever met of spoken. I think you may have the wrong person?

Do their Chinese suppliers also muck them around?

Seems to be a lot of that going around these days (or so the story goes 😂)

Maybe they ordered fixed brim boonies and got the underfolders boonies instead 😂😂😂
