The biggest problem with these detection systems is their lack of "reach". They will usually not be able to cover a few hundred hectares cost effectively.
Some of the more opportunistic less professional ones do not even have a phone or if they do carry it on them (personal experience from interacting with them). And then there is the use and availability of jamming equipment to also take into account. Not sure how that will interact with detection systems. And then if they know they will be using the jamming equipment they might not bother having a phone on them.

A slight hijack, but if there is a member with knowledge about how the jamming equipment and detection equipment will interact, please share your knowledge.
