S&B 9mm ammunition
I have several boxes of new S&B ammo that have been bought over the last few years and i wanted to go to the range next week for a bit of fun. Where can one find the manufacturing date on the box so i can get rid of the oldest first? Or am i an idiot and should have marked the boxes as i bought them?

Re: S&B 9mm ammunition
I can't answer your question re batch dates. As long as the the ammo has been properly stored I wouldn't bother trying to figure it out. I have frequently shot batches of ammo that date back as far as WW2 with practically no duds. I shoot out a batch of 3 year old carry ammo that has been cycled through my carry-able guns and have never had a failure in 20 years of doing that.

If i remember correctly, open the box and you will find date on the tab inside. Not sure though

If the price is still on the box, shoot the lowest priced ones first

Re: S&B 9mm ammunition
Does not really matter. S&B is great quality ammo so just shoot what is the closest to the door.
