Re: GOSA was at Pretoria High Court supporting SAAADA yesterday
Honest question:
Why can't these individuals be held personally liable for negligent / malicious actions?

Re: GOSA was at Pretoria High Court supporting SAAADA yesterday
Oh, and they got thrashed!
Judgement was out yesterday. It's on the GOSA Facebook group to view and download. (can't attach PDFs here)
some analysis:

As you will see from reading the judgement... you have ALL read it, haven't you?
There are some parties on our side who deserve special thanks (for bankrolling this challenge and having the intestinal fortitude to see it through).
Those parties (under SAAADA) are Bernhard (NOT Barnard) Agencies, and Nicholas Yale.
Bosrus fell out before the hearing. I'm not sure why.
For reference, other parties on the side of goodness and light (our side) decided to knuckle under to the CFR bullying. All I'll say about that is that appeasement has NEVER been a winning strategy.
A legal expert has commented on the judgement in these terms:
" this was a case of stupidity, deliberate stupidity, with an inability to concede that they were stupid. hence the heavy costs order. the judge carefully steered away from making a conclusive finding on definitions, which was smart, he actually found a clever way to use the act itself on the "visible" point to get a crisp and practical answer"
Congratulations SAAADA (Martin Hood, Jonathan Fouche). Congratulations Nicky Bernhard. Congratulations Nicholas Yale (particularly Grant who attended the hearing)."Always remember to pillage before you burn"

For anyone else not on Facebook
Funny how a google of this person's name turns up a raft of court orders with her on the losing side, and then a post from SAPS congratulating her on winning "Senior Operational Member of the Year" at their "Excellence Awards" end of 2024
