Weapon mounted light "Import"
Hello all,
I was wondering if we are able to purchase WML online and get them into the country? Are they seen as a firearm part (even though they are actually not)?
Any advice

Re: Weapon mounted light "Import"
If you're looking to do a temu-special then it doesn't really matter - anything from them will be let through.
If you're trying to purchase from the US you're going to face some issues:-
- If the torch is packaged with a Li-ion battery then it won't be allowed to get shipped as a normal package (on a plane at least) i.e.: you will have a tough time getting the seller to ship via USPS or similar
- Some US brands are specifically marked as "not for export"
These are my personal experiences from a couple years ago; things may have changed since then.
In any case, take the US price and multiply it by 30/35 to get an idea of what your landed cost is likely to be.
In most cases it's quicker and easier to just buy it locally.

Re: Weapon mounted light "Import"
I'm looking for Streamlight TLR-7A or X but no-one has stock so I was thinking of getting one from abroad.

Re: Weapon mounted light "Import"
If from USA make sure with the seller. As I ordered a Brass Catcher for an AK. Which is just plastic and material and clips on side catching brass. Not remotely firearm part.
Yet was blocked to be exported in the USA. Took alot of paperwork and time and eventually got DHL to move it for me.
Just about now one else wanted to touch it.
